Why Microblading?

Microblading, also known as Eyebrow Embroidery, Eyebrow Feathering, ‘soft tap’ technique or Japanese method, originated in Far East Asia. It is a form of Semi-Permanent Makeup using a handheld tool to insert pigment into the upper layers of skin – as opposed to a machine. Because the color is deposited closer to the surface of the skin, the hair strokes appear crisp and very fine. There is no “spilling” under the skin and the effects last up to 18 months, after which the pigment fades leaving the skin.​

Microblading is a relatively new, manual semi-permanent method. With a very fine tip needle, it makes it possible to create natural hair-like (feather-stroke method) strokes unlike the old eyebrow tattoo method of a solid colored brow. Results will last 1-2 years (depending on lifestyle habits and skin types). Microblading is an enhancement and results will be softer than permanent makeup and tattooed brows.

POSSIBLE CANDIDATES

Possible candidates are Women or Men who are experiencing slow growth of hair or simply want to fill in the eyebrows to avoid gaps. Over the years I serviced many clients such as this and clients who have more serious conditions like cancer. Cancer patients and many others love the fact of having eyebrows that NOT only look natural but can finally STOP drawing eyebrows everyday. Women who want to enhance their brow shape to add more fullness (microblading added behind the brow hair) and/or thickness (adding microblading higher/lower than the natural brow shape).

Brow hair does not need to be shaved/removed before receiving the treatment.

THE PIGMENTS

Working with high-quality pigments is a must, colors can be customized to match most skin tones and eyebrow hair colors.

All Pigments used by ESB are manufactured and formulated by certified laboratories under strict safety guidelines and using the highest purity FDA approved color ingredients.

Results:

Results will vary with each person most of all the eyebrow will be very dark with minor redness and swelling. Pigment in the skin will fade more than 30 percent of color within the weeks of healing time. Redness and/or swelling will reduce the day of the treatment but will be tender to the touch. Successful results are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin) and additional sessions, at a minimum charge, may be required to obtain desired results. Although we use premium products and provide quality services, every client heals differently. The final shape is completely your decision, and tattooing will not start until you decide on the final shape. All services provided are non-refundable.

Booking:

A consultation is mandatory to explain how the service works and to ensure the skin is in proper condition to receive the treatment. Microblading appointments cannot be booked the same day as the consultation.

You will receive a few documents with all of the necessary information to prepare your skin for the treatment and how to properly care for it afterwards.

The service will be determined by ESB at the consultation to ensure the right pricing for the treatment.

The actual microblading appointment will be pre-booked at the end of the consultation and a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment (the deposit will be deducted from the total microblading cost).
