Appointment Policy:

Elite Styles and Beauty has in place the following appointment policies as a way to ensure courteous and efficient service to all clients.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments.

All appointments at ESB will be charged a deposit in order to hold your appointment. The remaining balance will be accepted on the day of your scheduled appointment. In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Please call or reschedule using the confirmation text or email within 48 hours (2 business days, prior to your appointment.)

If any rescheduling or cancellation is done after 48 hours or you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit for the service will be automatically forfeited. If you are more than 20 minutes late, Elite Styles & Beauty reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

Sessions will only be confirmed and allowed up to the amount of pre-paid sessions and are non-transferable. All clients can cancel their appointment(s) without charge by following the Cancellation Policy. Elite Styles and Beauty reserves the right to change this cancellation policy. If a client does not timely cancel or does not show up for their scheduled service(s), the ESB reserve the right to charge the full price for the missed appointment(s).

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Despite our positive Cryoskin testimonials, Elite Styles and Beauty® makes no guarantee about Cryoskin services. Due to Cryoskin are in-person services, returns, refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

No-Show appointments will result in a $50.00 charge. A cancellation 1.5 hours prior to the start of your appointment time will be considered a No-Show. Being 15+ minutes late without notice will be considered a No-Show. Our technician’s time is just as valuable as yours!

Refund Policy:
Despite our positive testimonials, Elite Styles and Beauty, LLC. makes no guarantee about products, treatments & services. All sales are final as CryoSkin hours are prepaid through manufacturer and are non – refundable. No refunds on partially used unused or completed packages.

No refunds on unused packages, but can be use for other services. No refunds on any services treatments or products. Services Cannot be transferred to other clients.

Late Arrivals:
We really do need the full allocated time in order to complete a full treatment for you. ESB is often booked back to back with clients, and we appreciate your understanding if we request to re-schedule if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. Repeat offenders may be charged a fee if lateness persists and causes issues for client bookings. Please be mindful of traffic and other factors when planning your travel time to us.

New Clients:
During treatments at ESB, we may get all up in your business. For that reason, clients should wear appropriate undergarments (such as a sports bra and underwear or boy shorts for women, and shorts or swim trunks for men) for all appointments including Consultation, Slimming and Toning.

If you forgot undergarments, we reserve the right to re-schedule you for your comfort during treatment. Just trust us on this one.

Your Valuables and Personal Items:

Please always keep all valuables and personal items with you while inside the Spa facilities. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Nicotine, Marijuana, Alcoholic Beverages, or Illegal Drug Consumption

In the interest of providing a safe, legal, and healthy environment for all clients and staff members, the use of tobacco and/or other nicotine products, including but not limited to smokeless tobacco or e-cigarettes, is not permitted on Spa premises. Marijuana consumption in any form is also prohibited on Spa premises. Alcoholic beverages, marijuana, or illegal drugs are not permitted on Spa property. If anyone is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the Spa reserves the right to deny entry and/or remove that person from the Spa and contact the local authorities.

Checking In/Out:

All clients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled service time to ensure full enjoyment of their complete treatment duration. New clients will be required to show a valid, government-issued photo ID to the front desk staff upon checking-in.

All massage and facial sessions include five minutes before the hands-on portion begins and five minutes after the hands-on portion is over, for consultation and dressing. For example, a 1-hour session consists of a 50-minute hands-on service and 10 minutes of total time for consultation and dressing.

Clients who arrive late for their scheduled service will be deducted the total amount of minutes they were late from the total time of their scheduled session. For example: if a client had a one hour Lash Re-fill at noon but was not undressed and otherwise ready for their hands-on service until 12:15, then their session will still end at 12:55.

All clients must check out for all services received with the Spa front desk staff prior to leaving Spa premises.

Cancellation Policy:

GUESTS POLICY: Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, and/or pets to accompany you into the salon. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, however, they cannot be with you in the procedure room and we cannot be responsible for them in our lobby area while you are doing your procedure. 

SERVICE DEPOSITS: A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are moving forward with your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
